This firefighter daddy-to-be gently holds his expecting wife as an island storm blows over allowing a peek of the last sunlight of the day. Some parts of the Big Island of Hawaii are desigous forest areas, such as the Hamakua Coast and Pololu Valley. This bride sent me a photo of her dress and veil on her before the wedding so I built and inspiration board around here attire choice. I found a painting of a woman running through an enchanted forest and thought the look she was going for on her wedding day complemented that so nicely. Marcella chose a unique wedding color pallette combanation of red, purple, lilac and off white. Here boquet featured ref roses, lilac roses and royal purple peonies or paeonia. Her haku , or Hawaiian flower crown lei, was strung with cream colored mums, pikake, and ivory roses. Photographer Ranae Keane styled them inthe lovely koa bowl found in the bridal suite of the wedding preperation venue for this vibrant and rich textured wedding detail photo.
